Dove Street Pottery tableware is made by David Worsley. He makes wheel-thrown, functional ware; simple and utilitarian forms, with elegant, clean lines. The glazes are a strong, natural, dark palette. He uses a white stoneware clay, wanting the pots to be approachable and suited to everyday use, for the kitchen as much as the dining room. The intention is to marry beauty and elegance to function. The pots have a quiet, timelessness that enhances the daily ritual of eating. The forms and colours allow them to sit in a modern or traditional setting.

David studied sculpture at the Royal College of Art, London. His workshop is in Shipley, West Yorkshire.
